This cacao comes from El Tejido Comunidad, a partner community in Colombia where cacao is grown, harvested, and prepared by hand. The beans are organically cultivated, fermented, sun-dried, lightly toasted, and stone-ground into a pure paste.

How to Use It

Basic Recipe
Start with 1 "finger" of ceremonial cacao.
Add 7 ounces of hot water.
For a creamier blend, try adding a few ounces of milk from Coconut, Almond, Oats, or Soy.
Add spices and sweetener if desired.
Experiment with Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Allspice, a pinch of Cayenne, and Honey or Maple syrup.
Whisk or blend until smooth.
Set an intention.

Drink slowly.
Storage is simple:
Keep it cool and dry, away from direct sunlight.
